Empowering Girls through Education

We are thrilled to launch our fundraising campaign to rebuild classrooms for Queen of the Rosary College, Okoyong, Mamfe, Cameroon, an all-girls Catholic school!

Education is a powerful tool that can transform lives, and we believe that every girl deserves access to quality education in a safe and nurturing environment. By contributing to this campaign, you can help us provide these deserving young girls with the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

About the Project

Queen of the Rosary College has been a beacon of hope for the community, providing education to young girls for over 67 years. Unfortunately, the school’s classrooms are in dire need of repair. The walls are crumbling, the roofs leak, and the infrastructure is outdated. These conditions make it challenging for the girls to focus on their studies and hinder their educational development. Our goal is to rebuild the classrooms and provide necessary furniture and educational resources to create a conducive learning environment. With your support, we can give these girls the classrooms they deserve.

Why Support This Cause?

  1. Empowering Girls: Education is a key driver of empowerment. By supporting this campaign, you are investing in the future of these girls, helping them break cycles of poverty and discrimination.
  2. Equal Opportunities: By providing a safe and well-equipped learning space, we can bridge the gap between girls and boys, ensuring they have equal access to quality education.

Rebuilding Hope

We are embarking on a crucial mission to rebuild dormitories for the girls at Queen of the Rosary College, Okoyong, Mamfe, Cameroon. These dormitories provided a haven for countless young girls until February 2022 when they were burnt down in an unprecedented attack on the school.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our goal is to provide a secure and nurturing environment for girls to pursue their education without fear or worry. By rebuilding these dormitories, we aim to ensure that students can thrive in a conducive learning space.

Why Support This Cause?

  1. Empowering Education: These dormitories are the foundation of their education, offering a stable place to live and study.
  2. Safety and Dignity: A renovated facility will provide safety and dignity, shielding them from the elements and hazards.
  3. Community Support: These spaces foster a sense of community, camaraderie, and mentorship among the girls.
